Frost-resistant and fire-resistant fluid for testing, maintenance and transport of hydraulic mining equipment.

Properties:
Hydraulic® T50 is a fire-resistant fluid for testing at low temperatures and maintaining hydraulic components of mechanized roof supports, centrally powered stands, shifters and other hydraulic power devices during their transport and storage in surface conditions of mining plants.
The crystallization temperature of the product is max. -50 °C.
The frost-resistant fluid Hydraulic® T50 used for testing and maintaining hydraulic mining equipment in winter conditions meets the requirements for flame retardant liquids contained in PN-EN ISO 12922:2003 and the 7th Luxembourg Report of 1994 in the scope of tests performed.

Application:
Hydraulic® T50 is used in its commercial form without additional preparation.
New hydraulic mining roof supports should be injected with Hydraulic® T50 immediately after their manufacture and the supports should be tested.
After a positive test, any fluid losses should be replenished, the supports should be secured and sent to storage or transported to the recipient.
In the case of renovated supports, the emulsion should be thoroughly emptied from the system and the hydraulic device tanks, power units, pipes and other hydraulic elements should be rinsed with a small amount of Hydraulic® T50 liquid.
Under no circumstances should the product be diluted, as this will increase the freezing point, deteriorate the anti-corrosion properties, reduce the scope of the fluid’s use in the winter and deteriorate the preservative and anti-foaming properties.
