General information:
Fire-resistant hydraulic fluid of HFC type. It is intended for use in hydraulic systems of machines and devices operating in particularly dangerous conditions, where there is a risk of fire.

Properties:
Hydraulic® HFC is an aqueous solution of polymers and functional additives such as lubricants, corrosion inhibitors and anti-foaming agents. The product meets the criteria of the 7th Luxembourg Report and the EN-ISO 12922:2002 standard. Thanks to its appropriately selected composition, it has excellent lubricating and anti-wear properties. It does not cause corrosion of steel, copper, brass, aluminum and zinc. The presence of appropriate anti-foaming agents minimizes the risk of cavitation. It is not a hazardous product according to the REACH regulation and is easily biodegradable. It does not contain nitrites, nitrosamines, diethanolamine.

It is intended for use in hydraulic systems of machines and devices operating in particularly hazardous conditions, wherever the use of oil-based hydraulic fluids is unacceptable due to the risk of fire or explosion. i.e. in the following industries: • mining and coking, e.g. roadheaders and longwall shearers, loaders, wall conveyors
• steel, e.g. hydraulic systems of heat treatment furnaces
• foundry, e.g. in pressure casting machines
• metallurgical, e.g. in hydraulic presses for metalworking
• forging, e.g. in hydraulic forging presses
• construction, e.g. in tunnel boring machines
• automotive, e.g. in pressure washers
• plastics, e.g. in hydraulic injection molding systems
• and many others.
