Demulsifying additive for degreasing baths.

Properties:
Emulcid BS is a mixture of carefully selected ingredients with demulsifying action in the processes of oil separation in immersion degreasing of steel in solutions of phosphoric, sulfuric and hydrochloric acids, thus extending the life of degreasing baths. The product causes separation of the oil layer at the top as a lighter one, which must be removed. Emulcid BS also supports the degreasing process itself, having synergistic properties with degreasing agents: Acidol PS, Acidol VDM, Degramet B2.

Application:
Emulcid BS is designed for continuous dosing into an oil separator operating in a continuous system with a degreasing bath. It can also be used as a direct additive to the degreasing bath.
