Inhibitor for hydrochloric acid based etching solutions, designed for HDG.

Properties:
Corinol CLS does not inhibit the pickling process of iron oxides and welding scales. However, it provides a reduction in the pickling rate of the steel surface, and therefore extends the service life of the acid solution.
The product ensures minimization of the number of pittings on the steel surface.
The product contains specially selected surface-active substances that reduce the evaporation of hydrochloric acid from the bath surface and support the emulsification of any oily substances from the pickled parts.

Application:
Corinol CLS is added when preparing a new bath and to the pickling bath solution when partially replacing it.
The product is used in concentrations of 0.2-0.5% in relation to the bath mass.
