General information:
Acidol® PS is an acidic degreasing concentrate for bath steel degreasing, designed for HDG.

Properties:
Acidol® PS is based on inorganic acids and appropriately selected non-ionic surfactants as well as functional additives. Thanks to its acids’ content it allows removing of ferrous oxides and provides gaining uniformly degreased and clean surface. Thanks to the use of appropriate technology, it ensures long-term use of the working bath.

Application:
By immersion, preparing a solution of 1-4% by volume (V/V) of the product in water. Proper mixing, and thus the quality of degreasing can be achieved, for example, by sparging the working fluid. The concentration should be selected depending on the degree of greasiness / corrosion of the steel parts.
